What Do Both Parties Agree to Do?

You have the authority to engage into this agreement on behalf of your business or organisation as one of our valued customers. You acknowledge that you will give us everything we'll need to finish the project. In the future, we might decide to update these terms and conditions. The Client undertakes to follow the most recent Terms and Conditions in effect at the moment by utilising Ninja Tek Services.

Provision of the Services

In using any or all of the Services, the Client acknowledges and agrees that it may not attempt to override or circumvent any of the usage rules embedded into the Systems or any parts thereof. By engaging in any services provided by the Company, the Client agrees to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

  1. The Company will provide digital marketing services as agreed upon in the project proposal or service agreement.
  2. The specific services, deliverables, and timelines will be detailed in a separate agreement or proposal.
  3. The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and access required for the completion of the agreed-upon services.
  4. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all information provided to the Company is accurate, complete, and legally permissible.
  5. The Client shall pay the Company the agreed-upon fees for the services provided.
  6. All fees are non-refundable once the services have been rendered.
  7. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment or late payment.
  8. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
  9. Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of the engagement confidential and not disclose it to any third party.
  10. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
